I am suffering from anxity and stress related problems since 2 years ,I have done ecg echo tmt and ct angio all are coming normol but anything i hear some one are died due to heart or suffering from heart I feels so tensed and that time little blood pressure raises and nuasea coming wt can I do I have the blood pressure normol time is 130/80 wt can I do

As all your heart tests and parameters are normal, you do not have any heart related illness. Your heart is fine. You need treatment for anxiety disorder. Kindly consult a psychiatrist for that
