Heavy left arm pain and back discomfort from last 6-7 days pain wS light its increasing... .........

I am having high blood pressure 150/105. Which medicine I should take? I feel very stressful, something I have sevear headache

My parents have hypertension.but they take medicine on regular basis and bp is under control which is within 140/80. But they are fond of eggs Can they eat egg? 4 eggs weekly.

Sometimes I get needle pain or chest pain when I walk or while sleeping or sitting it just comes for few seconds and go away... I went for TMT and it was negative and I did 2D Echo.. that also came normal.. only MVP Grade 1 came... so does MVP grade 1 causes that Pain? And how can treat this MVP And make it normal? Can I walk with MVP Garde 1?

When i lift my left hand upword or when Put my weight on the left elbow i feel dull pain on my centre-left side of my chest ...it has been happening since 2-3 year long... sometime i forgot about it pain is like so little... And i only feel if i go to this position and if i still staying in this position pain disappear... And from 2 weak i feel when i take yawn (not all time) i feel same little ach like sensation in same place on my chest .. am worried about it... My ECG is normal but heart beat lil fast doctor says it was for anxiety that time ... After i regularly check my heart beat.. sleeping heart beat is 62-67 normal resting or sitting heart beat is 72-78 sometimes i see when i get up from bed go to another room by walking or standing sometime my heart beat is 80-95 ... cycling heart beat is 120-135 I only feel light headness when i suddenly stand up from laying position... Or when i take deeb breath and hold i feel light headness... Help me am worried

In the first week of June due to corona fobia and stress and anxiety my BP was elevated . I consulted to cardiologist who prescribed ECG and Troponin T test. There is no problem detected in test and I was advised medication I.e. starpress xl two times in a day and telma 40 in morning and alprex in night for 10 days. Further my bp was normal . After 10 days dr asked to do tmt test. The said test is also fine and there is no problem and then dr asked me to continue the medication for 6 months. If I am normal then why there is a need for continuation of BP medicine. BP high only one time is a sign of hypertension and the person has to take medicine for whole life.. kindly suggest pls what to do further . My the last one week my BP is in and around 120/80. Pls advice asap what to do pls . Need expert advice for the cardiologist for further.

I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 107kg weight and 5 feet 6 inch height. I take medicine for GERD Nexpro L and Nexpro 20mg, for Asthma Montek AB and Formoflo inhaler, Asthalin 200mg rotohaler, High BP, High heart beat on walking upto 175bpm, and Cetrizen for urticaria. Taking Inzofresh 10mg for sleep. I have severe ED for the past 8 months. I am having Concor 5mg from October 19, given by cardiologist. I have done Echocardiogram in July 19 by a Cardiologist. Report is fine. I have done Endoscopy in January 19 by a Gastroenterologist report is fine. My HDL is low at 35, master health check up done in December 19. Am I having heart blockage? Why ED problem? I don't do any excercise or walking. I am doing online business from home. My acid reflux is causing throat irritation, phelm feeling, chest discomfort chest muscles pulling sensation, pricking pain in chest, stomach burning sensation. Is there any need for another endoscopy? Is there any need for Angiography or CT Angio? I

I have difficulty in breathing for several months now. Already done with ECG,which is just fast heart rate,normal x-ray,normal thyroid function tests and CBC are also normal. Just have a little bit high in terms of triglycerides,uric,sgpt and sgot. What should I do next? It feels like I can't breathe at full extent.
