Got my Blood test done yesterday. I am a diabetic patient since last Six years & My Blood Pressure is almost 150/100 pulse rate 90 most of the time. Please advice. Sugar levels under control. Following results are high. 1. Tonight i felt split second pain in my chest as if a heavy chunk has passed through my arteries. It was sharp pain but just for a second. After that i felt relieved and I'm able to breathe better than before (as i was suppressing my breathe because inhaling deeply made my chest pain worse) Other than chest i felt pain in my uper left chest right below my chest for which another doctor had given me *pankreoflat* tablet for a month which could just minimize the pain. But its still there occasionally. Stays for hours.. dull pain. I want to get diagnosed at lab. Dont wanna go to hospital at the time of this pandemic. What tests are recommend??

He suffers from chest pain not regularly but sometimes once in a month aur no pain for 2-3 months or suddenly 4-5 times in a month...nd it leads to difficulty in breathing and feels like muscles are stretching while breathing...also...it makes it difficult to take long breaths..

Pain on the left hand going through little finger. Pain in the upper back shoulder and jaw are these symptoms of heart decease? I have done ecg last week. Please find the attached one for the same

Presently on medication since last 2 yrs Morning- stamlo 5 and enace d 10 Night. Stamlobeta Need alternative of enace d 10 which is not available now. Previously I took envas h 10 which has been replaced by the doctor .Can I use it as alternative until I consult with my doctor

Please review this echo report and tell me if this is normal lots of parameters like lved,aorta are greater than given figures but still it shows it is normal. how?

My stomach keeps on moving up and down like a heartbeat (Not the usual breathing one). Whenever I eat something it increases or I feel it much like some vein are collected and heavy. It keeps on moving whole day normally. I thought it's my heartbeat but even if the heartbeat is 72bpm it keeps on moving. I googled around it shows abdominal aortic aneurysm. Is it so?

My mother with Diabetes and Hypertension since 12 years.. Controlled on medications,  has been taking Ecosprin AV 75/20 since November 2018 daily. Are there any side effects to this and should there be Aspirin free intervals ?

I am a tb patient. Age 24 years. I have completed 5 months of tb treatment. After 2 months of treatment my chest x ray was good. My afb test was negetive. And my chest pain had gone. I have good appetite. No nausea. I am taking R cinex 600 and benadon 40. But now for 2 days my left chest is paining mildly. Sometimes it occur when i twist my upper body. Sometimes while breathing. Sometimes on its own. And also have mild cough with phelgm. I am so worried about this pain. Please help me.

My mother is taking tablt ecosprin nd metprolol from last one year as she is dignosed with hypertension Today we done this routine 2d echo Kindly tell us is there any cause of concern in reports? Is there any problem? And how much long she have to be on this antihypertensive drugs?
