Chest pain that comes and goes
I took ecg few days back which shows bit abnormal as attached but cordialogist told its normal after done troponin i test which came negative.i took tmt and 2d echo two months back which were normal..i am experiencing left hand pain and discomfort in chest and also have gaustics since two months...i am worried about whether i need any further evaluation or not..

Similar case with chest pain and normal tmt and echo in a young woman was treated 10 years ago. Coronary angiography showed a coronary cameral fistula so the branch of right coronary artery was dilated and tortuous and opening into the right ventricle. We had to do occlusion of this fistula. Patient is cured. So coronary angiography will be helpful...

If TMT & Echo are normal , it is least likely that you have a heart condition. Try an anti-Acid medication on daily basis (empty stomach) in the morning , 30 mins bfr b.fast Use a mild muscle relaxant for pain
