Pain is radiating left hand till finger also there is pain in the palm and also there is a pinching pain in the left side of the chest. 3 yrs back we did a echo and it was fine She is a breast feeding mom.

I have been detected with RHD with severe MR severe MS . Doctors told me that I have to undergo double valve replacement. since now I am asymptomatic. Covid is there. Can I delay my open heart surgery and how many months .Till now I don't have anything...breath shortness, palpitations, chest pain etc. I walk one hour in the morning and one hour evening and doing good physical activities. My TMT was done last month and my heart recovered well.When I have to plan my surgery and can delay further may cause cardiac arrest or any problem.Staying in Mumbai, age 37,Weight 69.Request advise in detail as cannot go the clinic view lockdown.  Regards

Hi, From the last one and half month, I am experiencing pain in my chest, back, shoulder and neck. The pain is not muscle pain, but related to pulse. The duration of such pain is of few seconds or sometimes of a minute. Also, the pain is caused when I sit in particular position, but when I straighten myself, the pain disappears. My ecg is normal, blood sugar is 113, blood pressure is 126/80, weight is 63 (normal as compared to my height). The above tests and measurements are normal, but I am still experiencing such light pain from the last one and half month. Also like to add that I have no respiratory issue as I do yoga and exercise for half an hour daily, but I never experienced any respiratory problem. Can you please suggest solution to the pain. Thanks

Doctor had prescribed the medicine Triolmezest 40mg. My mother is stuck in my town. Now in my town this tablet is not available. The composition of Triolmezest 40 medicine is, Olmesartan Medoxomil (40mg)+ Amlodipine (5mg)+ Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg) Below is the Combination of 2 tablets available in PM Jan Aushadi Kendra, Tablet 1: Olmesartan Medoxomil (20mg)+ Amlodipine (5mg)+ Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). Tablet 2: Olmesartan Medoxomil (20mg). Can we take these 2 tablets instead of Triolmezest 40.

80 year old female I am Currently on the following medicines (1) telmisartan 40 mg : 1-0-0 (2) angispan TR 2.5 mg : 1-1-0 (3) diltiazem 30 mg 0-0-1 I was prescrined these medicines in july 2019 for my complaints of palpitaion and chest pain, Alongwith the above mentioned medicines, i was also prescribed Clopitorva 75/10 . But i didn't take clopitorva.. Instead in the last 3 months,  i started taking Ecosprin av 75/20 instead of Clopitorva 75/10. I have discontinued Ecosprin AV75/20 around 15 days ago. Also in january 2020, in my urinalysis,  the report showed Occasional RBC and bloody tinge of urine  grossly. Presently i have burning micturition since 5-6 months and relatively low urine output since 10-11 months . So sir,  should i continue with ecosprin only or should i switch to Clopitorva?  ..also is taking blood thinner safe if i have Rbc in urine.  As of now, I am not taking any medication for my urine problem. Kindly suggest
