Hello,
Is this a peak LVOT gradient or mean gradient ? Further treatment depends on that. If its peak gradient only and mean is normal then nothing to worry it can happen due to hyperdynamic circulation because of fever , anemia , hyperthyroidism , anxiety etc. Its better you consult online directly so that I can evaluate the cause for this and suggest tests ans medicines accordingly

Hello. Go for thyroid profile and CBC and holter monitoring . As LVOT gradient 32 need to start medicine that can take care for heart rate too
