Recently using doxolin ax with doctors consultation for breathing issues.
But past 3 to 4 days feeling like fainting suddenly after 10 to 15 steps of walking.
Hands and legs pain. Sharp needle pain sometimes right side and sometimes left side.

Your symptoms do not seem to be heart related . Get your ECG ECHO done and if normal then consult a general physician
