Lvh with impaired diastolic function
In 2017 we had found that my father had hperotrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and we visit Dr.Rahul patil {ruby hall clinic} Cardiologist. He gave medication to my father 1-Rosulip 10mg 2-Dilzem Cd 60mg And before 3 days father feels rapid heart rate and sweating is occur but by visiting local doctor my father now feels ok. But yesterday we perform 2d echo and it state That LVH with impaired diastolic function. So i want to ask you is there any treatment or surgery we can perform to overcome on it. I also attached 2d echo report of him.

This is a genetic condition hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. He has a non obstructive variant. No need for any surgery . His palpitations may be related to sone arrhythmias secondary to this cardiomyopathy. Consult online directly for further advice

For this condition, surgery is not required as of now,since there is no LVOT gradient or NYHA III/IV(severe) symptoms  of heart failure. Kindly check the rhythm of the patient to rule out atrial fibrillation. Continue the prescribed medications.
