Low blood pressure

No diabetic
I have always low blood pressure. Last checked blood pressure measurement feom digital bp monitor is 99/60. Is it good or not. If its a problem then how can i maintain it or cure it. Please suggest me some precautions and medicines if required.

If you do not have any symptoms related to it this reading is acceptable nothing to worry. If you jave any symptoms like dizziness fainting extreme fatigue then we might have to investigate you further for cause of this low BP. For now take plenty oral liquids with adequate electrolyte intake

Hi ...this is DR.MIDHUN - cardiologist,your BLOOD Pressure is roughly 100/60, which is in normal range.. Don't worry if you do not have symptoms of dizziness, fatigue... Drink adequate water.. No medicines required..
