Sir, I need your suggestion.Iam 40 yrs old male.My problem is from last two months my BP is showing 135/97 and after one hour 130/90.
Every day my initial reading is 130-135 / 90-95 after some time slightly decreasing. Six months back I did creatine test found normal in range.
