Deep breathing issue during breathing from mouth. This happens only during the walking. Not regular it happens 4-5 times in a day while working. When I sleep or laid down on bed this issue not happens but when I walk or running or do some work than it happens difficult to deep breath from mouth but if at the same time I laid down on bed than within 15 min all became normal.

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis and asthma. I am facing persistent chest tightness and discomfort while laying down. When I go to bed at night, I feel chest discomfort and cannot lay still. I feel difficulty in sleeping. Once I underwent ECG and Echocardiogram and it was normal. Is it serious?

Hello Doctor, I want to know that auto BP machine reading reliable like manual? Few days back I have donated blood in hospital and my BP was there is 150/90 in manual machine. But when I check my BP in home with automatic (Omron HEM - 8712) it is 120/80 and 127/77. Why there is fluctuation in BP in home and hospital? Should I worry about my BP which is detected 150/90 in hospital. Please advice what should my next steps to control BP. Thanks

Hello Doctor, My age is 29 - Please advice me is Automatic BP machine reliable and correct or manual is better?? I am asking this query because I have check my bp in home with auto it is showing 120/70 and 133/82 while when i donated blood 2 days back my BP was 150/90 with manual. Please guide is auto BP machines are correct than manual. Should I worry about my BP? Thanks

I had needle pricking pain exactly in my left chest two days before that happened during my night sleep and it lasted for 10 mins.then I slept. After that I felt intermittent pin pricking pain in left and right chest. Now there is pain in my back too and I have mild pains in left shoulder and arms that sometimes radiates towards right side. I have already breathing problem, now feeling little bit chest tightness. I do not feel tired or dizziness. I have stomach ulcer also. I am afraid that it could be hear attack or angina. Please help.

I have pinch like pain in my heart area. Difficulty in breathing. My chest area feels like it's being squeezed or being pressed. I can't take proper breaths and get breathless without even doing anything. The pain is on and off. Even if I laugh it hurts. The breathlessness is more when I just wake up from naps or my sleep. All of this result to extreme tiredness in the body. My calves and shoulder area hurt much during this. It feels like I have worked the entire day whereas I can barely move around. When I googled the symptoms it came out to be angina as it matches pretty much. Can you suggest me some home remedies as during these times clinics are mostly shut. Thank you so much

My grandma is having very high blood pressure many times.last night 149/220. Today morning 97/170. On going medicine is olmet amh 40. We had gone for lipid profile tests of her which resulted out very high..total cholesterol-302,serum triglyceride-397,hdl cholesterol-35.3,LDL cholesterol-187.31,vldl cholesterol-79.4, total/hdl cholesterol ratio- 8.6, LDL-D/HDL cholesterol ratio-5.31... please do help us for her cholesterol control and high bp. What should we do for an emergency relief while high blood pressure. Last night I gave a dytor (prescribed by my family dr.)after which she urinated a lot.
