Plz check attached ecg? I was feeling dizzy, disoriented and fainting like since morning.. As if my heart was pausing and restarting and pausing .. But at one point I felt I was about to faint( didnt faint though) waited for an hour but condition worsened so went to hospital- ecg n bp checked and sent home... Then again after 2 hours I went to different hospital for ecg... I then slept for some hours n now woke up but still feel confused and as if pulse missing.. Hr checked is in 70's.. Also had watery stools twice today I have option to book 24 hour holter for tomorrow.. Shall I do it?

Hi doctor, My Mom 54 experiences frequent urination and burning/heated sensation in her feets. She has an issue of high blood pressure and she's been taking Telsite 40mg every morning after breakfast. Doctor had advised her to take 2 doses of it once in the morning and one in evening post dinner. But she's not taking it as she feels its better otherwise and she's a little scared to. Also, I wanted a second opinion. She has done a 2D echo and the Doctor said the heart is extremely healthy. Attaching the latest blood reports. Let me know why is this urination and burning sensation happening? Thank you!

Dear DR As in case of hypertensive medication tapering is done in case  blood pressure remains within the normal limits . should this tapering  also required  with Ecosprin 75? seeing long term side effects of it ,if yes , then how can I do this. Thanking you Regards

Dear DR I have a high blood pressure with no other cardiac problem for which I have taking Ramipril 5 mg & Ecosprin 75 once in a day ( I am not taking any other medication for any other disease ) from last 5 - 6 years after taking the medication my Avg blood pressure remains on 130-135 but from some time my both arm have little red rashes. I  listen from somewhere it is side effects of ecosprin which can become serious as well .so can I stop taking ecosprin or tapering it pl guide what to do Thanking you Regards

Hello, I m 30 year old female working as an IT professional with weight 51-52kg. I have observed that my pulse pressure stays between 25-30. My Bp is generally 95/67 and around this range. I have no idea if this was since childhood or not. Is this worrisome or its normal? Thanks a lot.

Hi doctor I have lost my job recently due to covid,coz of that I am having anxiety and fear,as I am married with kids,frm last 2 weeks my heart bpm is over 100,when I am sitting or lying its under 90,when I stand it goes up to 115 to 120,while doing brisk walk it goes to 145,i dnt have any health issues, i dnt drink nor do i smoke,i live a very healthy life. Kindly help with the above problem

Can a person have a stroke only for high blood pressure? Only for high blood pressure, not for any other disease, not for sugar or cholesterol only for high blood pressure ???

My heart rate is 156 per minute. Bp is 124/77. Is this abnormal? What's the reason behind this and what are the consequences?

Hi, Getting high heart rate sometimes like 100 to 105.mild chest pain also. Rest of time heart rate is below 100.bp is 126/80 and sugar is normal. Thyroid is normal. In ecg report is sinus tachycardia. I attached ecg report. Please advice me for medicine.
