Chest pain, chest tightness, sometimes shortness of breath, feeling pain in back of shoulders, chest burning feeling for last 4 months. Visited a cardiologist and suggested for CAG . My nose cavities working only one at a time for a very longtime. Throught irittation /Strain feelings. Is it because of an upy heart blockage?

Hello, I'm a patient of Ankylosing spondylitis. I always notice my pulse rate is high and above 120 per minute. My blood pressure is 140/80. And my creatinine is 0.89 . Should I worry about my pulse rate? And what should I do to maintain a pulse rate under 90 and maintain my bp under 120/80?                                                        Thank you

What may be cause of change in BP in short interval measurement. Like when I take 1st reading it always shows high value. 2nd reading generally becomes lower. After 5 10 min again when I take reading it vary. Then which reading to take. Sometimes it shows very high sometimes near normal. Is it normal? I take reading by automatic Omron BP machine. I mean there is difference in values in BP in short interval. Is it normal

Im having tryglycerdide 427, cholesterol 221,. apolipoprotein b-139,apolipoprotein a 106, amylase 86 U/L. hSCRP - 0.9 mg/l. BMI - 27, TSH, Sugar normal.  have reduced 7kg weight in 3 months can diet and regular exercise can help to reduce tryglycerdide or should I start medication.

Last 8-10 days, weakness, heavy head feeling, b.p. increases. BP tablet one/ day is already being taken since more than 10 years. Last week, done blood, urine, ECG tests at Dinanath Mangeshkar hospital pune. No issue in tests. Still weakness & heavy head feeling not going. Habits: smoking, Alcohol: some times & not addicted. (now smoking & alcoholis stopped)

I am already taking telpres ct 40/12.5 for blood pressure. My pulse rate generally 70. Because of anxiety disorder doctor prescribed ciplar la 10. Will it reduce pulse rate? Do I need to continue ciplar la for lifetime? I have no heart issue. My ecg and lipid profile reports are normal. Blood pressure is 120/80

My Mitral Valvatomy was done in 1974 in Kanpur by Dr. K.S.Dave. Before Kovid 19 I was under Dr. P.K.Deb. Now he is not available in nursing home. My question is how do I contact him. Is he available online. I have sent him mail also but not getting any reply. I under medication and my check up is due.
