These are two echo reports done in 2 different years I wanted to know if it shows HCM because one report shows grad2 dra and my ivs is also increased from 9mm to 10.6 I m very stressed please reply

I have facing chest pain ( sometimes in right and sometimes in left) for near about 10 days. I have done chest X ray and ECG . Both test report is ok. I don't understand for what reason I have this pain .

This is for my brother age 34 years. Preexisting Plerual effusion twice( jul 2019 and April 2020). All the reports were normal for the test conducted on the discarded fluid. Further my brother did comprehensive body check up and some of the following were reports PERIPHERAL SMEAR RBC'S ARE NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC IMPRESSION: NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE Lipid profile following were indicated jn bold HDL CHOLESTEROL 38 mg/dL NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL 138.00 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL 112 mg/dl In liver function test following were bold AST:ALT RATIO 1.69 GLOBULIN 3.70 Iron profile TIBC 257 Please suggest which specialist to consult is it related to cardiology or nepthralogy . Currently taking consultation with pulmonary doctor.

Hello, Feeling of pin pointing pain in chest. Did ECG and it was normal. 5 months before cholesterol was 207, now cholesterol is 140 ( had some diet changes). Did TMT also, which was negative. Still I am feeling that I am having pain in chest and left hand.

Respected doctors what are the complications/bad effects of Hypertension of a young adult? Is it life threatening for a young? What should be optimum BP for a young person male. Thanks. Can High BP cause any specific complication to be noted

Hi, I'm 17 yr old male, quite fit(BMI 24.7), but 3 months back i started to worry about health, i thought i had covid, bit it was nothing, but i then started having this type of bp usually around 140/60. Since then it is the same. I feel blunding pulsations in various areas of my body and it is really irritating. I have changed my diet (healthy and potassium rich) and I've been exercising regularly since a month... I don't have panick attacks or skipped heartbeats, but i still experience this pulsation in my body... I try not to think about any of this... But it still happens.. Please take this seriously... I want a permanent cure... I want to get back to normal. And please tell it is not aortic regurgitation..?

I have mild shooting/pinching pain in my upper left chest both back and front side. On the left shoulder back it feels like a burning sensation pain continuously. And when i compress my chest by exhaling there is mild pain all around my rib cage (especially in the front center of the rib cage). Even my left arm feels this same pain when l press around the elbow. This pain generally increases every 3-6 months for few days and then stay in the back of my mind always. I had broderline high cholesterol and Bp 2 years back, but now i have controlled my weight and everything else is normal(BP, Pulse and weight). This pain is continuous and worries me a lot. Should I consider this as some heart blockage problem and get some tests done or just some gastric issue happening again and again. Please suggest!
