Dear sir/madam, Recent test 407 which is double with max range. I have always High Tryglycerides, vldl. But 2d Eco is fine. Need suggestion. Also my ggt & sgpt levels are high (95 & 60 respectively)

I have been experiencing a pinching pain in the left side of my chest, it comes and goes. I am unsure about whether it is a muscle pull or something related to the heart. Google has clearly scared me. What should I do? Should I consult a doctor?

Light pain on left side of chest. It is intermittent. No issues in breathing.no shortness of breath. I do smoke. I am not sure if it is because of smoking or is it a symptom of Covid19. This issue has occured to me in past too once or twice in last 3 years and it gets normal after a week. This time it's been more than a week. It happens 2-3 times a day and then the next day it's normal and the again next day it happens. There are no other symptoms of Covid19 I have experienced till now since lockdown.

Hello sir, My father was on medication of ecosprin AV. He is suffering from abdomen pain and doctor has advised to conduct USG. Also, doctor had said that they are going to conduct TMT test. And thus they have changed his medicine from ecosprin AV to Telmisartan and Metaprolol Succinate combination for the time being till they perform TMT test. Due to some reasons, TMT test and USG cannot be performed today. I just wanted to ask if it is ok to stop ecosprin AV. Please provide some advise.

The patient has been tracking the pulse rate using a pulse oximeter, and it is in the range of 54-65. Is this normal for a 58yo male? Does this require medical diagnosis? The patient is diabetic and takes insulin twice a day. He had a mild stroke 4 years back and takes medication for nerve related disorder also.

Dear doctors. Since 5 year am getting left side chest pain.some times radiating to left hand also. 3 to 4 months interval one week pain present  Coming and going pain is not sharp. Just like mild pain. Tested TMT. Echo.ECG everything normal. Doctor told no issue with your heart. But still am worry about my pain. Why pain is coming again and again.. Pls suggest sir

Any doctor who can read these ct coronary images? I have report of it but the big problem is When I take the report to doctor along wid dese images he said no report cant be right as images are so blurry? Test was done in small tier 3 city scanning centre while doctor consulted in delhi Please can u tell me if you were to review these two images what will be ur opinion?? Do u find it too blurry that u wont be able to form a report or u can check if RCA n LAD and write a report stating if its normal/abnormal? Plz Answer as ur answer will help us decide if we shud spend another 15k and radiation for ct test?

Past few days am experiencing black out and dizziness when i suddenly change positions and my heart races faster , few months back i had Tested my BP and got ECG and CT sacn and all done,the reports we're normal and was ruled out on the basis of anxiety , is this really caused by anxiety?

I felt sudden and severe chest pain for about 60 seconds . Should I take any measure or should I visit doctor .?
