Heart Problems & Remedies

Since yesterday 5pm am having pain around the jugular vein, first I thought it's just usual sprain due to bad sleeping position but it's not like that. It feels somewhere inside the neck at right side, also above the collar bone like something that pass through collar bone from inside. Not every moment is painful in fact when I try to rotate my neck it's fine but suddenly when I try to move my right hand outward sits pain with the feeling of strain, as if something is being pulled. Unable to understand what exactly it is. And whom should I consult to. Can you please tell me what it is? Is it alarming or will go away?

I've been having difficulty in breathing for three months now. We've already done tests like x-ray which is normal, ECG which is just a bit faster heart rate, normal thyroid function tests, normal CBC and just a little bit higher cholesterol, uric and sgpt,sgot. It feels like I need to gasp just to breathe at full extent.

Recently my mother slip in bathroom but don't get injured she just slip when she is trying to sit and and slip ...after some days she got heavy fever 104° . So we went to the doctor and doctor prescribed some medicine and test...and after 7 day fever goes... She got well and in fever she was not able to eating too much..now she eat rice and all . But when we done all medical test we found that blood platelets is low 134 ... And i also notice that earlier her resting heart beat is 70-67 and when  sleeps heart beat is 61-60 but now always her heart beat is 80-90... When sleeping heart beat is 85-85... She has a pacemaker ...iam little afraid of that..help

My father is having Diabetes mellitus from 20 year's with recently diagnosed Retinopathy from 3 years &  Thrombosis in both legs (3 months) with LVEF 25%. We had consulted local cardiologist & he said currently my father is not fit for Retinopathy surgery. Can EECP Treatment be taken with having thrombosis in legs?? What is best possible solutions with less risk. Currently on medication Tab. Cordarone 200mg, Tab. Monotrate 10mg,Tab. Ivabrad 5mg, Tab lasix 40mg, Tab. Glycomet 1g, Tab. Ecospirin AV (75/10)

Yesterday angiography was done for my grand father.docror said that ..that one branch of artery is blocked for 90% and said that do angioplasty...but we want opinion...all main branch and other 3 arteries are ok and pumping is good and bp is normal..so we don't want to do angioplasty...i submit the report plz advise us..thanks in advance.
