I am suffering from High BP systolic 150, diastolic 95. Heart bpm around 100 What precautions should I take?

Heart beat is constantly running from 105 to 110 per minute even am in rest position also since from past 20 days. Kindly suggest me about my condition.

I had undergone aortic valve replacement 10 years ago. Am I at higher risk from covid 19. I had a normal echo report.

Can one take nebicard 2.5 mg(nebivolol hydrochloride) and ln bloc 20 mg(cilnidipine) tabs together at a time?

I had tmt in February 2019 and Echo in April 2020...both were normal... But I am highly symptomatic.. I have chest discomfort going to throat n arm since 2 and half years...I usually get ecgs done twice every month since 2019 and none of them has ever caught anything except sinus tachy Plz tell me for how long are normal TMT results valid? If it was not corona then wud have got it but now every day I have this question whether I shud go for repeat tmt and echo or not

Does anxiety increase the risk of heart disease(by increasing factors such as blood cholesterol, triglycerides, cortisol etc.) OR Can anxiety cause acute symptoms and heart attack in an otherwise healthy individual(with history of normal BP and blood report) ?

मुझे 2 दिन से left hand ओर left chest में ऐसे दर्द हो रहा है जैसे कोई हल्की हल्की सुई चला रहा है। कभी pain बंद हो जाता है और फिर से सुरु हो जाता है।
