I am planning to gain some weight through heavy weight lifting exercise. But my echo report is concerning me which was taken last october(routine checkup) I am completly fit and fine I daily do brisk walking 45 min with out any problem, Is it just mitral valve prolapsed or mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation? Plz advice how much weight i am advised to lift Attaching below report
