Good evng dr Undergone open heart surgery in 2004,feeling some problem with pulse rate n dr stopped my metolar xr ,so met dr, since specialist is not available in my area,pls comment is it ok or not

Hello Doc, I was having pain in the middle of the chest few days back for 2/3 days which appeared just for few seconds n went off. Thought it of gastric problem and took pantop d and it was fine. But again from yesterday afternoon, there is pain in middle of the chest, also pain near shoulder and back and mild breathing issue like which happens during yawning. Do I need to show a cardiologist? Due to d current covid situation, it's very difficult to visit. Thanks in advance

While taking breath i have to take deep breaths . There is difficulty in breathing and there is no other symptoms like cold cough etc.

Hi, I am monitoring my father's pulse rate with a pulse oxymeter and it seems to be varying from 100-106 at rest itself. He has few medicals conditions, Diabetes and Hypertension and he is under medications for those. His current blood sugar levels are 92 before breakfast and 185 afterwards. His blood pressure is 125/85. My question is if the pulse rate is normal for his age and conditions or should I be worried?

I am 25 Years male, strictly vegeterian, no alcohol or smoking. I have mild to moderate hypertension since 7 years. I am on treatment i.e., Telmsiartan 20 one tablet in the morning. Since 3,4 days back, i started feeling mild suffocation, hence checked the BP which was around 160/100 while lying down. But when sitting in the chair it comes down around 130/70. My doctor has increased dose of telmisartan 20 to 40 one tablet in the morning. But still, while lying down my BP reading is 150/95 or 150/100.

My father is taking bp tablet every day once in morning. Last day we measured b p levels three sessions. It is showing 117 /78 and 123/80 and 112/75... Can I stop my bp medicine till it show little bit high value or it is problematic?

1) which beta-blocker have least side effects for long term indication, high blood pressure 2)as my age is 21 year my bp is 145/80 using atenolol 25 mg for 6 months 3)now dr prescribed me nebicard 2.5 it works perfectly bp is in 120/70 4)does nebicard is safe for long term 5) one dr suggests try bisoprolol? I have health anxiety and now my all anxiety is based on this beta-blocker because i see many people over 50 use beta-blocker and im just 21 with no cardiac issue Please give me some good advice
