Heart rate of 156 is definitely abnormal..u need to consult Cardiologist and get investigated..though sometimes heart rate can be more in anxiety..

Yes this heart rate is high. Is it a resting heart rate or after exercise? If after exercise then its normal. Get an ECG ECHO done
