Sir I recently did my 2d echo as I was having chest pain since 2 weeks and diagnosed with mitral valve mild aml bellowing am non diabetic don't smoke and also non alcoholic rest parameters in echo report is ok and lies in normal range is it a issue to concern I have attached reports kindly suggest and guide thanking you

My mother in law had a heart attack in last month. She got anioplasty on 1st june. But she is having swelling in her right leg from where angiography was done. She is not able to walk due to swelling and pain. Bleeding was occured through right leg after angioplsty. She got very weak due to blood loss. Doctor prescribed her medicines ticus, metolar, dytor and ecosprine. One more medicine was prescribed- Vymada 50 to increase pumping of heart. Can we discontinue that medicine after feeling better or after a month. Because we dont want her to depend on that medicine. And can we take that medicine once a day instead of twice a day. Or on alternate day?

My mother is having constant palpitations and Appetite loss for the past 15 days. She suffered from hyper acidity since 2 months and took antacids as well as anxiety pills. Now after leaving these medicines for a month she is having palpitations 24 hours.appetite loss and nervousness is also there. She wakes up with fast heartbeat and nervousness. For the past 2 days she is not having sleep too. She got her ECG and Troponin I test 2 months back and they were normal. No doctor is able to diagnose and everybody says it's anxiety. She feels like some hot fluid coming to chest and inceasing palpitations and nervousness. She is also having dizziness.

Feeling very low with high blood pressure around 178/108, took medicine i.e., Stamilo Beta. Unable to cope up

Hi, I suffer from high blood pressure and have been taking Metocard XL 50 mg med for it. I have read online that the commonly available OTC cold and pain meds like Paracetamol and D-Cold etc interact with high blood pressure medicines and should be avoided. Can someone suggest proper alternative cold or pain medicines that are okay to use if I ever need to use them. Thank You.

When She is go to bed that time only she's said my chest very paining in left side front to back and full arm also, actually I took her several time clinics and check up in jayadeva hospital also but not use,

Since Yesterday evening his blood pressure is raised to 200/140 mm hg , pr-60 Breathing rate is normal, rbs- 200 By mistake he had taken overdose of ibuprofen the earlier day given by his dentist. He was nauseas and felt dizzy for sometime but later on he told he's fine. His only one complaint is mild left sided chest pain which is not radiating to any other region. He's also undergone angioplasty before 3 years. Due to the present covid19 scenario it's hard to approach to any private care physicians . Please let me know how to manage this and whether hospitalization is necessary . He's taking his medications for diabetes, hypertension,hearth health, etc.
