Hi, I am on medication for anxiety palpitations, high homocysteine. Taking Homochk, Neuorbion forte & Drise as prescribed. I usually have Chawanprash with milk at night. Can I continue the same with medication or do I stop? Also we take dextromethorphan & Vicks when we get normal cough and limcee/zincovit. Will the medication that I am on, have any side effect or interaction with my usual mentioned above drugs.

I have mild pain at front and back of my upper left chest. This is generally felt when i press the chest. Back shoulder has burning pain when I press it. This generally happens every 3-6 months. My weight, pulse, Blood pressure and cholesterol is under control. Still i have these pains and it is generally always on the left side only. Please suggest which type of tests i should go for to diagnose the problem. I had a problem of broderline high cholesterol and overweight in the past. This pain worries me a lot.

I get suffocating pressure like chest discomfort radiating down my left arm and neck since many months.. I cant walk/ do much activity/ take stress/ watch movies.. ---Echo ecg done in april 2020 was fine.. ---TMT was not repeated as it had been done in February 2019... ---CT CALCIUM SCORE was zero. ----24 hour holter monitoring perfect Doctor said he doesnt think its angina pain but put me on dilzem 90 mg.. 1 month of dilzem lowered bp but nothing changed in chest pains Doctor says he doesnt know what do for me and get second opinion from some metro city Now I want to know what to do? i am clueless? Only thing left now is CardiAc mri or CT angiography!! I have scared that I have coronary spams/ microvascular angina/ coronary slow flow...

Resting heart rate sometimes showing more than 90..is it something to be checked with the doctor? These days because of the Covid thing feeling little stressed and tensed..please give some suggestions on the severity and any measures to decrease the heart rate

I have been noticing change in Heart beats while exercising. I am a regular exerciser. But last month I have been noticing change in heart beats though I am only doing a little bit of exercise heart rate shoots up as high as 170 up and sometime it goes down like 57 69 even when exercising. Why this is happening I don't know. I have stopped exercising. BP is normal. ECG and ECHO is normal. But I want to resume my cardio exercising. also I love to take new exercise challenges. I feel my pulses in various areas . some times palpitation happens. But no serious issues. My blood test counts lower erythosites, esr is high. slight lower Hb, creatinine is at 1.19 Can Any experienced Doctor explain Why My heart rate falls in normal range though but it keeps fluctuating like in a normal 60 sec beats If beats per 1 sec counts, it varries from 69 to 110 OR 47 to 99 So my avg 1 min heart beat falls in normal range but Deviation is greater. Also Want to know How to resume my exercise routine.

Dr has advised my father for  doubtamine stress echo.what is the need of stress echo,does it tells about arteries blockage or can it tell about the need of pacemaker
