I was having chest pain from last 40 days its was persistans pain but now the pain comes and goes and feel heavyness on left chest and goes to right chest and sometimes pinch pain last 2 second in chest and having burps while sitting have done an ecg attached need further advise any medicine

Hi I have done ecg today as I had poking pain on the upper left side of the chest from a week. In ecg report it shows abnormal ecg. Is this something To worry about?? Can you help me with the details of the ecg report?

Its been 4 days since I have started Telmasartan 40 mg but I feel too tired and weak to do any activity since then My stomach also is little bit bloated.. My bp n pulse has been high since long but its only 1-2 months since meds started. Has my body n heart become used to high bp n not able to cope up wid normal bp and heart rate? Hi Sir/Madam, My father heart pump rate getting around 58 to 65, and oxizen levels 98 in oximeter. He is having blood sugar and high blood pressure since 15 years. After lockdown I sometimes feel anxious and I have some indigestion issue symptoms like gastric or acidity. Recently I'm having some chest heaviness that too above my left side chest. It feels like very anxious and fear. Sometimes I get some shoulder pain and muscle pain. While touching I feel some dull ache above my left chest. I checked my oxygen level it looks normal. But whenever I think something about my health my heart races like anything and started with chest pain. I was very healthy before lockdown. This is happening only after that. I want to know the reason for the issue. Please let me know what needs to be done. Because of this I have some dizziness sometimes.

Is this ekg normal? Plz if u can check qtc levels manually as last time machine got it wrong Also what is meaning of non specific st depression? As much I know st depression means heart attack or ischemia? I have had ecgs before but first time this is written in the side report
