Should continue or stop medicine

Asked for Female, 64 Years

He is taking clopitab 75 mg wanted to check whether he can stop taking it . Few years back he had a chest pain so doc had suggested ecg reading then were little abnormal . Now we again rechecked ecg suggestion mentioned in it was normal . Please guide For reference attaching current ecg report
