Regarding taking medicine clopidogrel 75

Asked for Male, 66 Years

I am taking clopidogrel 75mg tab after breakfast daily past few days I am getting dizziness pl advice whether to take this medicine or alternative medicine can be suggested. Four months back I was taking clopitab 75 mg.
