  4. Medicine effects. Is it for my medicine?

I have slowflow in coronary without blockage.  I'm taking aspirin 75mg + clopidogrel 75mg, nicorandil 5mg, metocard xl 12.5 and atrovastatin 20mg everyday. Now last few days i feel dizziness and vertigo. My question is . Is it for my medicine?
