Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm having weird feeling in left side of my chest and sometimes if I think something I'm having heart beats very fast. This started only after the lockdown. Before lockdown I'm very healthy. I feel anxious often and some unknown fear evolves. I'm also having some soft stools daily morning since lockdown. I feel I have acidity/gastric problem. I just wanted to rule out. Because of these problems I have some dizzy feel often and not able to concentrate on my work. I'm not obese and currently I'm 5.8 and 77 kgs.

Sir, my grandmother aged about 78 years has high blood pressure 170/100, 160/100 since a month. Currently she is taking glipizide 2.5mg, teneligliptin 20mg(diabetes), nexito 20mg, mirtaz 7.5mg(depression), Thyroxine(thyroid). Which tablet can be given to her for high blood pressure as there are no doctors available due to covid-19. Please help. Thanks.

I'm a 20year old male a teatotaller but I drink tea 4 to 6 times a day for last 6 month but now only 1 r 2 a day . I have 135/85 bp in average and 80 to 90 pulse rate 98 oxygen level normal ecg and echo level but I feel having pounding heartbeat chest pains and arm back jaw pain with headache too. I am in fear of having heart attack after recently heart of 35 year old male died of heart attack. My physician said it is lack of calcium and struggled pumping of blood from heart to other parts and it takes 10 to 15 days normal but I have these since last month with some indigestion. Does this indicate heart attack should I seek emergency or else should I take any other tests for confirm heart problems..help me please I am so confused and anxious and I feel a tight head because of this!

My diastolic pressure,heart rate is 85-93 and 95-105 when I woke up..and feeling tired..later after one or two hours such as completing the toilets.. it becomes normal.. please analyse

All my reports are normal CDC, Vitamin D and B12, Renal Profile, Lipid Profile, Thyroid, Xray shows( mild right Hilar Prominence), 2decho, TMT, Coronary Angiography, Holter everything shoes normal apart from one i mentioned in Xray. My resting heart rate is normal below 100 but when i stand and even I walk for 2-3 seconds it goes beyond hundred like 105-108 and walk continuously it even goes beyond 135 but i feel normal. Now, please answer me genuinely, do I have to worry about this. Just walking in my room here and there i see elevated heart rate and once again resting heart rate is normal by resting i meant sitting or lying down its normal . Please help with the right guidance. Thank you !!

I am 23 years old and in this lockdown I am working from my home and their is no physical activity. My pulse rate is 60 right now and I am feeling very weak. Can anyone suggest me for the same

Sir my C-reactive protein has come more than 10 in blood test reports...I had continuosly 4-5 days prior to blood test sampling , migraine like headache and cervical pain in neck...My total cholesterol has come 211... Triglycerides is 165...

What test can confirm 100% 6 month old heart event Is it mi or not Echo show arrhythmia  1 month later of event Ecg show acute pericarditis 1 month later Because at the time of palpitation and sob Ecg could not done. What test confirm 6 month old mi or not 1.Cardiac mri 2.cardiac pet scan 3.nuclear stress test
