I am having BP of 132 .I am the mom of 5 month old baby .what to do? and I have more problems in my life everyday I am feeling and thinking that problem like shortness of breath and thoughtfulness can you please help me. What is the normal blood pressure for me?

Tell me your complete BP readings. I need to know serial BP readings. 132 systolic doesn’t need medicines. You also seem to have anxiety issues
