My blood pressure was 150/80 but through diet and exercise i have brought it to 140/80 since 6 months and still going I am absolutely fit and fine and my MD wants me to bring it to 130/80 throught lifetyle only without medicine But my only concern is my eco report which is absolutely fine except mitral valve peolapse with mild regurgitation heart percentage is also 60 percent Plz advise should i start meds or control BP through lifestyle changes?

My father is patient of diabeties, bp and heart. I want to know that can he eat sweet lime, oranges or not?

Hello. I always have high (bad) cholesterol issue. Looks like genetic problem as many family members have same issue.. so to reduce the cholesterol, I take roseday tab (10 mg) for a month & it lowers my cholesterol level for time being... Can I take Himayala Arjuna and Himalaya Lahsuna tables daily to keep my Cholesterol level in check and heart safe ? I don't want to take Roseday everytime my cholesterol level goes up. So want daily take care to keep cholesterol level in check. Please suggest.

Sir iam 31 years old From last 5 days I feel like my heart rate is too fast When I sleeping I feel the my heart beat strongly Today I checked my pulse rate it is 108. Hello. I was taking Amlong-At 5/50 from the last 3 years. As the bp was staying low doctor prescribed Amlong 5 mg and Atenolol 25 mg separately. Had swelling in feet so doctor changed Amlong 5 to Telma 20. I have been taking Telma 20 and Atenolol 25 from the last 5 days and since then uneasiness in chest and left arm. Went to doctor. BP normal, ECG normal, blood test normal. But heavy uneasiness in chest and left arm. Should this be a cause of worry?
