Cholestrol bp and diabities all r normal...only my triglicerides are 157 is it high dr...jst asking cause these are the risk factors for heart disease

I have the blood pressure of 130/80 ,It's called as Hypertension right but my doctor told ,Doctor means he is a Specialist in blood pressure handling he told that till 140/80 don't worry it's a normal,But when I searched internet it's showing more than 120 is a Higher one ,So please suggest me it's a High level BP or normal one

Hello, For couple of days whenever I sit,stand,or even change my position I feel dizziness which I have never felt before. It's not internal weakness coz after few seconds it is fine and I am able to complete any given task like walk and drive. But it is happening quite often like 5 to 6 times in a day and to nlbe honest I also felt it when I was fast asleep. Please suggest what should I do and in which direction I should take this in

Twice ECG and one time Echo I was completely normal. When my heart rate increased, I had two ECGs and Icuta doctor. I also had tests. My heart rate was also normal. There is no reason to be afraid but sometimes my heartbeat increases. I am a patient of hypertension but after taking regular medication my hypertension is quite normal. I take regular Metocard xl 50 but after eating it my heart rate sometimes decreases a lot so the doctor now I have been prescribed another drug and it is called Tesing AM. My hypertension is normal after taking this drug but sometimes I have problems like heartbeat like before but when I took metocard xl 50 my heart rate increased No ... what do I do now ???

For more than a week, I have had disturbing palpitations often as soon as I try to sit or lie down. I experience syncope if I try to sleep and sometimes wake up with heart pounding. 2D Echo and ECG were normal. Chest CT showed a slightly enlarged thyroid with a small nodule but the hormone levels are normal. I have no idea what to do next. Is it atrial fibrillation ?
