I am having frequent bp fluctuations from past two days, I woke up my bp was 113/78 mmHg I took brkfst and after around 30 mins later my bp droped down to 84/45 mmHg . This is happening from past 2days and as I m diabetic , I got my hba1c checked this Saturday and it came out to be <4

My blood pressure remains 140/90 I checked my lipid profile was normal .ecg in October month was normal Thyroid was normal My BMI is 34.7 after reducing 20 kg  My first reading was 180 /100 I am doing walking in 6 days of week as per 10 km a. Day But still from 15 days I am feeling dizziness I m taking telmakind amh from 6 months..still my pressure remains same ...I have one cheat day in week... I take whisky 180 ml once a week .... How to evaluate the reason for dizziness Or I have to go for ecg eco tmt

K Venkat, age 38. Weight 64. My left nose is blocking some times on 25/07/20 & low feaver comes on 27/07/20, therefore I have tested covid-19 on 30/07/20 it's positive. Then I have taken tablets. Foxy 100.  Daily 2 for 5 days & Azithromycin 500 3 Vitamin tablets. Daily 1 for 10 days. Lemcee chawable tablets 3 times L Montus daily 1 for 10 days. Ivermectin 12 mg daily 1 for 3 days D3 tablets from 30/07/20 to 20 /08/20, 40 tablets. Present I m facing from 16/08/20 my nose blocking not clear completely and my heart is so sound I feel and my pulse is every time goes above 90. And whenever is my left nose is blocked my heart is paining, and I feel breathlessness. In Evening I feel good. Anty body tested report on 18/08/20 is Igm 3.38 (non reactive) Igg 25.46 ( reactive) What should I do. What should I do.

Three and a half months ago, when I did cardiac tests, I was told that I had high pulse/tachycardia. I told to take Concor Cor 2.5 mg. But whenever I take this medicine my pulse and bp would get very low. Yesterday I took this medicine in the evening at 5:30 pm. Today, when I checked my pulse it was very low, i.e 50 bpm. What can I do now to increase my pulse instantly? Thank you

I am having heart rate above 100-115 now and then.my bp is normal and my Hb level 10.8. Before one month i check my ecg it showed sinua trycardia and Irbb.but still feeling heart rate above 100-115

My doctor prescribed olmisartan 40 but I feel so much side effects in it.. can i take telmisartan 40 inspire of this.. Is both are in same dose. Please advise me..
