My blood levels of (ESR and HCT) are very high what can I do some body pains are came it is the reason

I experienced little bit pain around  heart from 5 days...is these indication heart related problems? What can I do? Rest and work time its normal but when I  sits on the chairs for long duration pain is started but it's not painful..its automatically releif...plzz suggest me ...is it heart related problems?

Sir/madam, i am a patient of hypertension since last 2 years, when diagnosed bp was 144/90. Doctor prescribed me Nebistar SA , now my average bp is128/80.and now i am taking the same medicine alternative day as prescribed by my doctor. From last few days it seems i can feel the sound of my heart beat , only in lying down in left side position. But there is nothing when i am sitting in chair or standing or walking,but in supine position very low or nothing. No other abnormality. I can't remember whether i felt this heart beat before or not.Pulse rate is 82 bpm. I am a obese person with body wt 75kg and height 5ft 8inch. Is it normal to feel it ? Or any serious problem. Since i am in a village out of my town, no good dr nearby. Please suggest me or this is side effect of the drug(Nebistar SA) ,or a health problem.

I have been diagnosed with grade 1 lvdd and mild TR today.. Recurrent complaints of reduced exercise intolerance & shortness of breath on exertion + on lying down .. Doctor told me ur E/a ratio is around 0.85, normal is near 1 so its not that bad.. Untreated hypertension + sinus tachycardia episodes have affected relaxation so take bp med telma beta for 6 months- the diastolic function will improve on its own and be normal by then!! Now I have some doubts- 1) Can grade 1 cause my severe symptoms? 2) Can diastolic function really improve wid bp n rate control? 3) I googled about it n it says its irreversible and will lead to heart failure which has scared me abit

Hi, from early morning i am having discomfort in stomach along with sudden sharp pain in right arm and shoulder. In noon i felt pain in chest too. It disappeared for some time and now again happened. I am not able to sleep and even sit. I am feeling tired without even doing anything. Is this is something to worry about.
