I am having chest pain from2 days it is possible because of gastric problem and what to do??please recommend some medicine.

My mother's age 74y. Doctor advice two medicine namely Telma AMH 40 , one/ day & Concorcon 2.5 one /day for high BP 140/90. This medicine continued for one year. But now pressure is 100/70. What to do ? will be stopped this running medicine & what medicine to be taken,?

Heart rate is fluctuating between 35 to 70 once or twice a day with extreme sweating and exhaustion.when rested for few minutes regaining to normal.

Regularly taking Natrilix SR. Due to this his Na always comes down. Is there any option for that. If we give him extra salt he feels frequent urination.

All the time there is a fear inside the chest and all the time my heart beat is high, sometimes the fear is excessive and many times the water goes up in the mouth then my heart beat increases at an extra rate up to 120, why is that ??? And sometimes 24 hours a day a feeling of fear works inside my chest and inside my body...my 2 time ECG nd 1 time  ECHO is absolutely normal...my Cardiologist Dr  say nothing to worry???
