I always check my heart beat it always elevated over 90 like 95-97 and I also want to tell you about my past history of psvt I have an episode of psvt in past 1 year back I take medicine dilzem CD 90 in starting but now I am not talking any medicine for that so plzz tell me the reason of my heart beat

Sir iam 31 years old From last 5 days I feel like my heart rate is too fast When I sleeping I feel the my heart beat strongly Today I checked my pulse rate it is 108. And the BP is 115/80 Feel like some chest pain in left side of chest I have stomach pain also.... Sir can anyone tell me is it serious...? I took ECG and 2D Echo 3 months ago attached here sir... Hello. I was taking Amlong-At 5/50 from the last 3 years. As the bp was staying low doctor prescribed Amlong 5 mg and Atenolol 25 mg separately. Had swelling in feet so doctor changed Amlong 5 to Telma 20. I have been taking Telma 20 and Atenolol 25 from the last 5 days and since then uneasiness in chest and left arm. Went to doctor. BP normal, ECG normal, blood test normal. But heavy uneasiness in chest and left arm. Should this be a cause of worry?

I have noticed many changes in my echo report from the first echo done in 2016 when i was years old ....Left atrium size increased from 2.6 mm to 3.6 mm.. IVSD- from 7 mm to 10 mm Also stroke volume has decreased alot.. in recent echo its just 40 ML compared to 80 ml before Stroke volume depends on heart rate?? And am i on way to heart failure
