Heart Problems & Remedies

Heart is functioning less than fifty percent . How can I improve heart function. Is it curable by medicine or any stent or other treatment necessary.

For the last five-six years, I have a problem of high blood pressure. I am using Ayurvedic medicines but I am not getting better benefits.

My grandfather is feeling pain in his heart .We got ECG reports and came to know that there is blockage. Can u pls suggest any good n reasonable treatment hospital

I have been regularly monitoring my mother's BP which shows up low DBP (initially 60s, then 50s and now 40s). She is on multiple medications [telsartan 80H, aspirin 75mg, prazosin 5mg, cilacar 5mg (initially 10mg, reduced 2/2 low dbp but still low), rozavel 20mg, metoprolol 50mg, apixaban 5mg] and has a PMH of htn, ckd III, diastoilic chf and dvt. Her recent Cr is 1.6 with eGFR of 52 and ACR of 246 (moderately increased albuminuria). She is also on renal diet. I am concerned about low dbp and c/o postural hypotension [supine bp: 130/60, sitting up BP: 100/50 (after 3mins) ].

My Grandfather was admited to hospital for Covid Pneumonia. He recovered well and has been discharged from the hospital after 21 days presently home quarantine. His oxygen level and everything is perfect bt his cough is still not relieved specialy wen he lies down to sleep at night. He feels a bit weak too. We consulated Pulmonogist bt as per him the xray looks fine

Age 28 , weght -95 kg ,heigt - 178 cm ..Having cough more than 3-4 months , but having breathing problem ( facing problem when exhaling ) ,having gas problem also ..plse tell me whts problm may ...

I have no specific problems or issues. I am not under any medication. In my paternal side, there have been cardiological problems, does it get hereditarily transmitted. I'm young enough to cha ge my lifestyle so as to avoid any heart problems. Any suggestions?

My age is 23 and i do not take alcohol and i have not any other disease. Due to study pressure i am in mental pressure and when i go to exam i feel nervous and urinating and speed heartbeat . Today i check my blood pressure it is 140/90 . Is it risky ?

Of late I am experiencing jerk kind of in my heart area these are intermittent and not you regular no pain no sweating no breathlessness got holter test ,stress echo, ecg all were normal. No diabetes or any other issues.

Dear doctor, My father has high BP about 160/90 . And after treatment it is not reducing. But he has no symptoms like headache, breathlessness etc. He walks almost 5 km a day without any problem. There is a strong family history of High BP . His all brothers and father have such type of BP. He was taking tazloc but still not reducing now doctor change the medicine to Olkem 40 ct. All required test like holter, TMT test , Eco, angiography were done but no abnormalities expect LBB in ECG. What should I do?? Please help..
