Hello..I am taking telmikind am for high blood pressure but today my pressure is 160/92 . I am feeling slightly feverish. Is it related or should I change my bp medication. Thanks

Hi, Getting high heart rate sometimes like 100 to 105.mild chest pain also. Rest of time heart rate is below 100.bp is 126/80 and sugar is normal. Thyroid is normal. In ecg report is sinus tachycardia. I attached ecg report. Please advice me for medicine.

My father is 61. Recently he had ecg test which shows inverted t wave. He is a smoker. So what could be reason for inverted t wave ? And what should we do.
