Please please . Anyone suggest me a good daily diet plan for a heart patient .. and tell me what type of food should avoided .

Attached is my cholesterol report and I am feeling very mild intermittent pain in left chest. I am afraid. Currently taking rosuvas 10mg once a day. Weight is 110kg , age 34. All reports ecg, echo, tmt normal. Please advise any medicine for relief?

My baby was born today that is 28/09/2020. childrens doctor suggest 2d echo. it shows result 1.pfo+ (2m)L ->R shut 2.small pda L->R Shut. am attaching 2d echo report. please suugest me what am do now is it any serious issue and what we do now.

Dear sir My father age 55 sudeen since yesterday his bp is  10pm is 189/111 he will take daily 1 tab of atenolol tablet pls advice any other tablet BP today morning 8am is 170/110 Pls advice any other better bP tablet . She was complaining that he feels 1 side hand is not proper working if he take water bottle in hand the same time hand going to another way .pls advice reasons and above bp normal or not pls suggest

He will take telma tab regualr 1 .. now he have to take 1 more tab or no need . If possible pls advice any otehr tab also like   any chewable tablets to control bp pls send mandatory

I HAVE Left side chest Heavy feeling for 5 days... NO PAIN AT ALL.. No History of anything... ONCE feel that gas going upside yesterday... The Feeling is persistence... When I do climb stairs the Heart palpitations increases .. but less than 100 beat per minute... Excessive sleepiness and Laziness recently...
