Since last month my bp suddenly increase and again go to normal(fluctuate) within short time(3/4 minutes). all reports 2D Echo ,stress test are normal,during this period sometime i feel pain in my left hand,headache ,shortness in breath

My resting heart rate is around 115 generally. Is this okay? Can it have any negative effects? Should I take any precautions? Overall healthy with moderate exercise and outdoor activities 5-6 days a week. No health conditions.

My triglyceride level is 143. How I can reduce triglyceride? Is it very high or any medicine is required?

Hlo doc i m suffering from anxiety .whole day everything is fne but at night from last three days i m hvng heart palpitations like for 5 or 6 sec my heart beat suddnly starts beating fast is this normal in anxiety..
