Hi i was tested for Covid positive 20 days back. Initially i was asymptomatic but then lost my smell and taste senses. I feel heaviness in my chest while sleeping and also feel dizzy when this happens. During this time i also feel some uneasiness in my left nostril. Can you please suggest if this is something serious and related to heart problems. Thanks

Has been a high BP patient from last 4 years . Recommended medicines Prolomet XL 12.5 & Olmesar H 20 on daily basis. Last night the patient was feeling weak and Dizzy. Still the patient is feeling low energy levels.

My mother aged 56 years non diabetic and no hypertension. Home maker, Works whole day continuously.. complains bit shortness of breath when she walks inclined surfaces. Dear DR Please guide How tapering is done for Ramipril as I take Ramipril 5 mg & Ecosprin 75 once a day for high blood pressure with no other cardiac problem ,  from last 5 - 6 years & my Avg blood pressure remains on 130 - 135 till next dose.I stop taking ecosprin 75 a  week ago as guided by  Respected  Dr  after arising side effects Skin rashes .
