Is having Palpitations - Normal for RHD patients? I started facing Palpitations from last year I am having this medical issue (RHD) when I was 10 yrs So is my condition deteroiting now due to palpitations?

Yes  onset of  palpitations is a problem associated with RHD. It points toward heart rythm disturbance associated with rheumatic heart disease. U need to further tell about other symptoms (breathlessness,  chest pain)if you have. You will need changes in your medication.
