Arhymtic heart, stomach gas, body pains

I was previously diagnosed with covid (25 August to 3rd September) and recovered. Post recovery my heart rate is kind of random and I can't workout. I had high d dimer levels 885 on 2nd September with high ldh levels. Crp was normal. But resting heart rate was increasing randomly ..sometimes when I sit idle then I can see above 100 BPM. I checked with local cardiologist on 10 Sept he diagnosed ECG, 2D echo and came to conclusion that I have normal anxiety and provided me to go for the propranolol for few days. I had done the course but still I feel pain in chest especially left side and stomach bloating..heart rate varies a lot and low HRR.I can't do exercises as well by simple walk also my heart goes to 130 to 140 BPM. I am confused do I have myocarditis or any other problem.i have stopped taking propranolol as doc. Now I only take evening primrose oil gel tablet, v-bol plus tablet as recommended by doctor for the high ldh levels which were 404 on 17th Sept and dimer 348, crp 14.
