I feel palpitations and I can hear my heart racing and thrombing making me anxious... although my ECG and ultrasound are normal... I'm worried...

I am suffering from chest pain , back pain, arm pain and shoulderblade pain for last 4 weeks. It all started after I donated my blood and after a week took a ayurvedic medicine for creating diarrhoea to clean stomach. Before that I had stomach burn issues right after having food so I took it and the issue got cleared somewhat. But it forced me to lot to create vomiting. I have only vomited twice in my life time including this. After these events I had acidic issues and felt something stuck in my throat and I had pantoprazole and after I had excessive burping but the stuck thro at feel gone away. I have been having palpitations for a year when ever I get up so I checked a cardio doctor he said I have high BP around 160/100 but later at rest it was 140/90. I took propanol and it showed some response but when I stopped it palpitation comeback. Now I have chest arm shoulderblade pains but I have normal ecg echo please help me with this I fear it as a serious issue like heart attack,angina

From last one month i am having a chest pain chest pain is almost gone  but i am having to much burps while sitting  chest pain comes when i walk speed exercise doing haevy things is it releted to my heart i have done my ecg attached ryt now pain is gone but little bit heavyness

My mom is having fever and headache since last evening. Now there is 99.06 of Fever. She's currently having severe headache. Her Blood pressure is high since last night. The picture is attached below. I went to the doctor and they checked her up and told her to take Telsite 40mg again and gave her Duoflam and pantop. I need your reviews what to do? I cant see her suffering with this bad headache. She's not eating much. Shall I give her bananas and dark chocolate? Or any other suggestions. Please let me know. Thank you 🙏

Hi doctor, I had covid on 15 June, its more than 1.5 months now but still my heart beats are fluctuating regularly. It stays around 100-120 even while resting sometimes. I am also facing digestive issues since then, but I am worried about my heart beating. Also, I feel exhausted due to this reason and cannot engage in exercising activities. I have been prescribed nebicard 2.5 by doctor. Few days ago my bp was controlled on it. But for recent 5 6 days even after taking nebicard 2.5 my bp is not normal. It is in the range of around 132/90. What to do now. What may be the cause. Is it a matter of concern? …

I have facing chest pain ( sometimes in right and sometimes in left) for near about 10 days. I have done chest X ray and ECG . Both test report is ok. I don't understand for what reason I have this pain .
