Grade 1 diastolic Dysfunction
My father had complained of a mild chest pain and subsequently he has been reported to have grade 1 diastolic dysfunction .
All other tests are normal , please can you provide any suggestion ? Is this something serious

Chest pain

Should continue or stop medicine
He is taking clopitab 75 mg wanted to check whether he can stop taking it . Few years back he had a chest pain so doc had suggested ecg reading then were little abnormal .
Now we again rechecked ecg suggestion mentioned in it was normal .

My father diabetic from past 30 years, on insulin therapy daily, feeling tired from past few days and pain on middle of left hand frequently. High bp 180 /100
My father visited hospital for fever and body pain and weakness. In this hospital they first check bp which record 174/100 and after 10 min 180/100.
Then doctor give bp medicine and take ecg which show that my father's bp started since 2 to 3 months.
Please suggest what we do for control bp and is it a sign of danger??
