Hey all respected doctors, from 9 month im suffering from high blood pressure bp was 150/90 all test clear reason of hbp is severe anxiety due to death of loved one Dr. prescribed me atenolol 25 mg at that time my resting pulse is 120 - 130 in severe panic attack moving on now im perfectly normal I do regular gym workout and lost 6 kg in a month now I use half of atenolol 12.5 still my bp is on lower side like 105/60 with a pulse 51 now im really scared why my pulse is always on 50s at night or 60s in morning although I have no symptoms at all please give me some advice is there anything about to worry? Should I stop taking atenolol now?

Low pulse is due to medication, now when u r lifestyle is good, and BP is in lower side..and pulse also low.can skip medication and monitor the bp along with mantaining good lifestyle ..maximum chance with this BP and pulse shall be remain normal.
