High heart rate
Im sitting comfortably but sometimes, I think about certain things that make me feel worried either it's my heart or relationship issues at time and suddenly my heart rate becomes very high and I feel weird sensation from legs to heart, my HR becomes 180-190 Bpm I've done ECG twice and it was normal what is this?

Your Heart rate is 180 / min. That can be abnormal thing. Get the ecg at the time when you feel discomfort and send it to us
