Hello doctor I have noticed that my pulse rate goes below 60 (around 55) in the evening and i feel dizzy. In the day time it generally remains around 70-75. Is it a cause of worry??

Please tell me in which conditions, patient is suffering? He got minor heart attack, He has high sugar,

I've high cholesterol. Last year may 2019 I've done Echo, EGC and TMT test. Everything was normal. But sometimes i feel uncomfortable in chest. Today i felt same and my pulse was 45. And in 30 seconds it came back to 70+. It happened twice today. Should I test again? Please suggest.

I was in stress a lot from 2 months.. 1 day at night my heart pounding fast mid night while sleeping... After week i develop Palpitations... I am able to feel pulse in my finger,palm, Forearm. Or when laying bed..is it anxiety... Sometimes i feel sometime not... I think i aslo have nutrition deficiency... My diet was poor... Any suggestions please

I had a lot of palpitations problem,I feel forceful beats in 64bpm,I did holter test during that also I had forceful beats,atlast holter report came to normal..what could be the problem???
