Greetings. I want to know does high bp always have symptoms like chest pain back pain and breathlessness..or is it hidden. I am asking for my 25 yr old cousin. One random check of his BP was showing 160/110. We want to make sure what life style changes needs to be done. He has no symptoms. But it was caught hidden on him without symptoms.
