Can i take calcium supplement for hypertension... Please suggest me good vitamin supplements and mineral

My doctor has advised me 15 days of anxiety pills to reduce blood pressure. I had blood pressure around 160/100 since a month. Will this help?

My Dad Was Having two days back chest problem we thought that thos is the normal pain then pain got increased we gone to normal clinic He suggest to do ECG After watching report he suggested me that visit to Cardiologist Then we went there he had Test Of CPKMB it camed Regular 0 - 24 but it camed 58 then doctor suggested to hospitalised then we hospitalised him and now they are suggesting to do angiography for further i had shared all reports so please give me the opinion what should i do now further should i go for angiography or wait Reports Are Also Attactched if want to check

My average heart rate is been showing as 110 BPM ,, from past 1 week. My height is 174cm , weight 90kg. female 29 years. Is it because of my weight ? If I reduce it to 80kg will my heart be healthier ? Rest all BP and daily activities are fine.

What does a zero calcium score tells? My ct scan showed this and my doc told me that now it will be repeated after 10 years.. Hi, I am 25 yrs of age. My weight is 65 kg. Height is 5.10. I dont have ant medical history and i feel normal also. Recently i started noticing that my resting bpm is around 95. I have read online that this can lead to a greater cardiovascular disease. Should i be concerned ? Also I dont exercise. It is because of my inactivity ?
