I was diagnosed with hypertension hen my weight was 115, now it s normal and my weight is 90 , I use to take Telma am now I have left it for more than 2 months . is there any chance that hypertension call relapse.

My father 57 years  had a heart attack 4 year back and after a month of he had angioplasty for 3 stent and since then he is on medication. Aspirin, clopidrogel and medicine for high blood pressure. No history of smoking or drinking. We take ecg, echo test every year. And treadmill test. How to confirm that re blocking is not recurring. And is there any confirm test to check re blocking.

I have been diagnoaed with hypertension 2 years ago and have been taking medication from then continuously. I am obese and have depression and anxiety problem. Whenever i check my bp its is around 130-140/80-90. My all tests are normal. I worry a lot that if i wake up early my bp will rise. I am taking metorpolol and Amlodipine as doctor discontinued it due to covid.Should i worry about my bp and start waking up early and taking my bp meds in morning or should i continue to tale it in afternoon. I always worry that if i take bp meds early my bp will rise in night.kindly help

I had to emergency ecg n echo today due to sudden chest discomfort going down left arm and dizziness. Ecg was okay but echo not Plz explain diastolic dysfunction grade 1? Is it serious plz note I was in sinus tachycardia during echo! Does e n a waves merge and give false readings in that case? My deceleration time is 183 msec- very well within normal limits and ejection fraction is also fine Can heart which cant relax properly pump out blood so well? When shud I get it done again? Doctor said symptoms are from cervical spondylitis n not heart

I had an echo in May which was all gud But today got it done in emergency ( from different hospital) n it says grade 1 diastolic dysfunction Ejection fraction increased from 60 to 70% .. I am confused as to how in just 2 months this can occur? I have anxiety induced BP but it has remained under control in these 2 months What shud I do? Get echo for third time?
