I had high blood pressure of 150/80 but my M.D asked me to control it through diet and exercise ,i have brought it to 140/80 through lifestyle changes and still going since 4 months. But i am bit concern about my echo reports which says mitral valve prolapse with mild regurgitation, Which according to MY M.D is not cause of concern he said its present in majority of population so there is nothing to worry. I am fit and fine and planning to do HEAVY weight lifting exercise to gain muscle and weight. Plz advice

She have LDL cholesterol of 180 something and total cholesterol 280.Is it high doctor? Help me with some preventive measures to reduce LDL.And nowadays she is telling that at some time a pain or hold happens from her heart to hand.why that's happening?

Since December 2019 I am suffering this issue..test done ECG ok , TMT ok , Blood test ok, lipid normal , thyroid normal, Echo normal , TFT normal . Enlarged tubinates, sinusitis is there. BP was 160/85 currently, normal . Current medication: Pinom 20mg, Neurobion forte, uprise D3 and telekast A. Still suffering the same issue please suggest next what should I do

My resting pulse rate is 55. When I am walking or doing some exercises then pulse rate shows 75 generally. I take blood pressure medicine and ciplar 10 for anxiety. My blood pressure is 116/74. Ecg is normal. When I feel anxious then I have checked my pulse rate goes up to 100. I am not an athlete. So my question is that resting pulse rate 55 is too low? Or it's normal according to the other parameters?
