I am Asomex AT 5mg & Glyciphage 1000 from last 4 years. I am taking it regularly but from last few days my BP is 150/90 even after taking the medicine. I checked my bp on both arms first on right arm it came 109 and left 134 Again I checked my bp on both arm on right arm it came 120 and left arm 122 I am worried why there is a difference I bp first difference 25 then it was 2 please help.

Hello doctor,I am feeling stressed out lately because of my health, I am going for a walk these days whenever I walk after some time my heart beat rising to 120 bpm if I run or jog it is going to 160 bpm and I am feeling breathlessness. My main concern is after walking I am feeling like head spinning and vomiting sensation and it is lasting entire day and I am very much concerned about this. After running for some seconds I am getting breathlessness and throat pain and I am unable to run for longer periods, This covid situation is also stressing me because of it I am not able to visit a doctor, please help me find a solution, thanks.

My bp is in normal range 130/80 under nebilong 5mg once a day, ecg and echo are normal, for diabetic glizid mr 30 before food in morning blood glucose is normal 110/166. I am experiencing slight pain in chest sometimes. My doctor on examining told cardiac evaluation normal and prescribed sompraz. Shall I need to go for TMT or not.
