Hi, I have gone through angiography on 2nd jan 2002 and I am attaching the reports. Please let me know as per my report - 1) what is d blockage percentage ? 2) with dis problem as per attachment can I go for gym and heavy exercise ? 3) How bad is my heart as per attachment. 4) what lifestyle and food changes required for same ? 5) what is Muscle bridge at Mid LAD ? Is it critical issue? Is der any procedure to make it normal ? I am not asking for medicine only have few queries about my reports which I have attached. I will really appreciate if u response briefly about my individual query at your free time.

Called for consulting after 5 days he has suggested fro engograph and given some medicine on it we have have tasted covid also

My Father-in-law got cardiac arrest and admitted in hospital. Upon angiogram they confirmed 3 arteries blocked and recommend Bypass surgery. Upon investigation they identified tumour on lungs which of (79*23) mm in size. Tumour not spread futher, we confirmed the same through PET CT SCAN. Now, the issue bothering us is, can both the surgeries performed together. If so, what could be survival chance. He got no allergies or previous medical issues. For past 2 years he's on medications for pressure related issues. No (asthama/diabetes). He got admitted in ICU for past 4 days and even under medical supervision. I am feeling like fatigued and after eating breakfast it is starting. I am having blurred vision and lack of concentration and irritation. Is this low BP or diabetes or any other thing. I am able to do work normally but feeling pressure in my brain. There is no excessive thirst or hungry. What may be the reason. Kindly suggest whom I need to consult. Thank you.
