Cholesterol level
Hi doctor, I just got my blood test report from Thyrocare. The cholesterol levels seem to be at higher end. HDL (Direct) - 30 LDL (Direct) - 79 Triglycerides - 249 VLDL Cholesterol - 49.7 Could you please suggest what should I do? Thanks.

Just do regular exercise, weight reduction and avoid junk food. No medicines needed

Hi, avoid junk foods and oily, fried food. Daily walking for 30 minutes. Your triglycerides are high and you can reduce with diet and exercise.
