How often is echocardiogram done? I had one around 7 months back.. which ahowed 60% ef and trace MR AND AR I have been insisting my doctor for repeat echo since many weeks but he is not keen to do so telling me that heart structure wont change so soon hence no need but I feel classic symptoms of heart failure- every single heart beat is weak faint as if heart struggling to beat n pump blood. When I stand up i get short of breath and heart rate shoots up Shud I keep insisting for repeat echo? Can heart get damaged in less than a year

What is the meaning of T on P phenomenon? doc said my brother ecg had it but coz His rhytm that time was sinus tachycardia so doc said t on p can occur in it n nothing concerning.. also whats the meaning of E/A ratio fused in echo report? Can it be fused if hr is high Does he have heart issues?

I am under treatment of Narayana hridulaya Bangalore since 10 years and suffering from valvular heart deseaae problem.every year regular checkup done as per suggestions of doctor andi am on regular medicine. Everything thing was going fine except from last few weeks my BP getting low about 105-110 /60-65.As per suggestions over phone,I completely stop the BP medicine from last 10 days and after that restart with envas 2.5 mg @2 times.and now my Bp remain between 115/70-75.Any one suggest me what can I do in this current situation as many of Doctors not opening their opd.i am very much afraid about my health condition.

My heart feels weak n tired.. I feel sleepy most day and no energy.. pulse sometimes cant feel Every heart beat feels faint and tired as if heart struggling to beat.. pulse rate measured is in 60's and 70's I had echo last December which showed trace mr and ar and ejection fraction of 60% I have been insisting cardio to repeat it but he keeps dismissing my concern saying that heart structure doesnt change in 6 months!!

Left sided chest pain radiating towards arm and scapular region.Pain is continuos but the intensity of pain decreses and increases.Even there is neck stiffness and pain.As the pain increases there is redness across thoracic and arm region.There is small swelling and severe pain in the vein Of left forearm near wrist joint.Sometimes I feel dizziness when I use to stand from sitting posture.Tightness across chest and heaviness alopng left region.I had the same problem time to time but this time pain is severe and it has been 3 days but I am getting ok.I had the same problem before somewhat 8-10 times before.I have gone through ECG several times that only depicts sinus trachycardia but I have gone through ECG that time when there is no pain.One ECG report says delay in interventricular impulse.

My BPM is always showing 90 ~ 92 during day time, even if I am sitting idle and it is 65 ~ 70 during sleep. Is it normal?
