Hello,
BP is because of hereditary factors. Its not just stress related. Stress is just a trigger. 156 is high. I would like to know your complete BP readings and multiple readings for any further advice. If your BP is consistently more than 130/80 then you may need medicines. Consult online directly for further evaluation and management
