Iam suffering from chronic stress in previous years and my muscle mass was decreased and cortisol fat was increased in belly side and now iam feared that the belly fat will becomes turn to fatty liver

Hlo dr, I am suffering from gastritis from 1 year...  For which I have done endoscopy in 2023 ... Which is attached to it...when I take medicine it gives temporary relief but again starts... And my lifestyles habits like sleeping and eating is not good... What to do to get rid of this problem... Because I am eating medicine from 1 year but not solving...plz help me...

I was having digestion issues and a feeling of fullness after meal and also urge to poop. I hd an USG on march 16th 2024 (1.5) months back and it dis not had gallstone in it. I am suddenly getting same digestion issue again. Shall I need to repeat USG? Can gallstone form within 2 month?

I am taking cremaffin 10ml since last 4 months for fissure problem which is almost healed along with movicol 25ml in the morning and night. But I notice that my bowel movement has been decreased and not enough pressure is attained when I go to toilet which caused not complete excretion. Is it due to prolonged laxative use or any other factor?

I have heard that gastric ulcers have more chance of converting into a cancerous one compared to duodenal ulcers . I have gastric ulcer and taking ppi for it . But my doctor didn't get any endoscopy done , he just gave me the medicine . My h pylori has come out to be negative . So my question is how common is it for a gastric ulcer to turn cancerous when h pylori bacteria has come out to be negative ??
